Allison Road was billed as a first-person survival-horror game set over five days in a haunted house. The project debuted last summer with a 13-minute prototype of gameplay and then, in September, opened a Kickstarter campaign that the developers closed in less than a month, having found a publisher in Team17.

Polygon profiled the project and the team behind it last summer. While Lilith Ltd. didn’t mind comparisons to P.T., developers promised that Allison Road would be “totally its own thing” upon completion.
