<p><p dir="ltr">Whether you’re suffering from mild amounts of stress or a mental illness slightly more debilitating, everyone deserves to have their thoughts and feelings heard. So begins the mission of Take This, a non-profit charity dedicated to spreading awareness of mental health issues — specifically in the gaming community.</p>
<p><p dir="ltr">“As with every community, we have strong alliances with one another, but we have discovered that even in our unique group, we still have a really hard time asking for help,” Shannon Gerritzen, co-Executive Director of Take This, tells IGN. &quot;Take This wants to knock those walls down.”</p>
