You’ve got some brains on you

Plenty of fans of The Walking Dead have spent the months since the horrendous season six finale cliff-hanger dreading the opening of season seven.

Who, everyone wants to know, is Negan going to beat to death with Lucille, his barb-wire wrapped baseball bat? Season six ended with the entire remaining cast of the show on their knees awaiting either a brutal death or a gory show.

Saturday night, AMC decided to poke that fan dread with a teaser of the season seven premiere that shows Rick, splashed with the blood of a friend, threatening to one day kill Negan.

Good god, Oct. 23 can’t come soon enough.
