All the new systems explored and analyzed

Earlier this week I posted a lengthy article looking in detail at many of the new ideas that developer Firaxis is putting into its turn-based strategy game Sid Meier’s Civilization 6. These include major changes to city building, diplomacy, combat, trade and terrain improvements.

This one-hour video is a truncated campaign in which I play as the United States of America on a Pangea map. It follows the action from ancient times to the nuclear age. Civilization 6 will be launched on PC on Oct. 21.
