As rumored, Telltale Games is working on game based on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. The project was announced tonight during The Game Awards 2016.

It’s not a total surprise, as Telltale first announced it was making a Marvel game back in 2015. And in November this year, GameSpot and other sites heard from sources that it would be a Guardians of the Galaxy title.

The next Guardians of the Galaxy movie, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, is slated to come to theaters in April 2017.
