</p>
<p>The game&#8217;s lead designer Ian S. Frazier confirmed the feature on Twitter while also revealing melee weapons, like a Krogan-style hammer, can also be named and crafted. Melee Weapons will have a specific slot in your loadout similar to guns.
</p>
<p>BioWare&#8217;s other major RPG series, Dragon Age, has had weapon crafting including the latest entry, 2014&#8217;s Dragon Age: Inquisition.
