Pokémon isn’t waiting for E3 to bust out the major announcements.

A Pokémon Direct will air tomorrow at 10 am Eastern / 7 am Pacific / 1600 CEST. The video will be 8 minutes long, and promises “Pokémon news”. Previous Pokémon Directs have included the announcements for Pokemon Sun and Moon as well as X and Y.
