</p>
<p>As reported in the latest issue of <a href="http://ift.tt/2rqXMLL" target="_blank">Weekly Famitsu</a> (translation via <a href="http://ift.tt/2sjDHLs" target="_blank">Gematsu</a>), the acquisition has resulted in the formation of a new subsidiary known as Level-5 Comcept.
</p>
<p>Akihiro Hino, the president and CEO of Level-5, as well as Comcept founder Keiji Infanune discussed the acquisition, which will combine the philosophies of both companies to form a new studio with Comcept&#8217;s core staff and involvement of Hino.
