All Turning Tides content will be released between December 2017 and January 2018.

The expansion’s content focuses on "amphibious" battles, featuring land, sea, and air gameplay, according to its official webpage. The first of the new maps — Cape Helles and Achi Baba — will be released in December, with the remaining two — Heligoland Bight and Zeebrugge — launching in January.

Turning Tides’ new game mode, Conquest Assault, is described as a "twist on the signature Conquest mode." Just like Conquest, players will fight to control designated areas on the map. However, unlike Conquest, the defending team will control all areas at the start of each match.
