Update 1.04 is now live.
Metal Gear Survive has received Update 1.04, which introduces new content for the game.
Most notably, a new co-op Rescue Mission called “The Captive Ferrymen” has come to Metal Gear Survive. Playing this will lead to gaining Battle Points and other rewards —like Kuban energy, resources, and recipes — according to Konami’s website.
As for what Rescue Missions entail, they see players evacuating Charon Corps survivors by battling hoards of enemies. Safely escaping also means utilizing Interceptor and Defense units.
The update also offers bug fixes, game balance changes, and new controller customization features. The patch brings a new plan to Base Camp Dig in Metal Gear Survive too.
Finally, whenever players speed up the digging of the Wormhole Digger, it will be reflected on their personal scores.
