Team17, the UK studio behind the Worms series, The Escapists, and Overcooked, is reportedly planning a stock market listing of £200 million.

The Times reports that the studio and publisher has stockbrokers working on the float, with the announcement expected imminently.

Publishers are in short supply in the UK – if the listing goes through, it would likely make Team17 the country’s largest.

Lloyds Development Capital, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, paid £16.5 million for a stake in the company in 2016. The same year, Team17 reported a loss after tax of £37,686 after generating £6.5m in revenue.

The most recent titles announced from the studio for 2018 include Planet Alpha, a platforming title for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch as well as side scrolling beat ’em up Raging Justice.
