<p>Nintendo has announced <a class="autolink" title="NES Classic Edition" href="http://www.ign.com/games/nes-classic-edition">NES Classic Edition</a> will return to store shelves next month.</p>
<p>&#8220;NES Classic Edition will return to stores on June 29! This system and the SNES Classic Edition system are expected to be available through the end of the year,&#8221; reads a post from the official Nintendo of America <a href="https://twitter.com/NintendoAmerica/status/995831060826030080" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Twitter</a> account.</p>

<p>Thanks <a href="http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/11/11/nintendo-working-hard-to-keep-up-with-nes-classic-demand" target="_blank">incredibly high demand</a> for the micro-console, NES Classic suffered from a <a href="http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/11/17/the-nes-classic-reportedly-sold-every-18-seconds-on-ebay-during-launch" target="_blank">supply shortage</a> as soon as it launched in late 2016. In April of the following year, Nintendo announced it was <a href="http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/04/13/nintendo-discontinues-the-nes-classic-edition" target="_blank">discontinuing the system</a>. Several months later however, shortly before the launch of SNES Classic, Nintendo announced <a href="http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/09/12/nes-classic-returning-to-stores-snes-classic-stock-increased" target="_blank">NES Classic would return at some point in summer 2018</a>.</p>
<p>NES Classic comes with <a href="http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/07/14/nintendo-announces-new-nes-console" target="_blank">30 games from the 8-bit era</a>, including The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros. 1-3, and the first two Castlevania games.
