Something ancient lurks below in Sea of Thieves next expansion.
Microsoft and Rare have revealed Sea of Thieves’ first expansion, The Hungering Deep, will arrive on May 29.
In the first trailer for the expansion, a one-eyed pirate tells of ancient dangers in the deep that the earliest seafaring folks learned how to summon. We’ll have to wait and see what exactly that means for gameplay when it launches near the end of the month.
Rare previously revealed The Hungering Deep will be the first of several new content drops, and has been steadily fixing major issues alongside adding new cosmetics and introducing the much-needed option for Sea of Thieves private crews.
