A build is surely brewing.
McFarlane Toys is giving a first look at its upcoming Cuphead construction sets at San Diego Comic Con this week.
The officially licensed Cuphead sets are slated to release in 2019, but McFarlane Toys is showing off prototype versions of the construction sets at its SDCC booth. The sets “range from around 100 to 300 pieces” and recreate locations in and around Cuphead’s Inkwell Island setting.
The sets “focus on Cuphead, Mugman and the game’s iconic bosses,” and maintain the “hand-drawn 1930s art style” of the game.
McFarlane construction sets have previously focused on licensed animated properties such as Rick & Morty and South Park, but there are also sets for the Game of Thrones Iron Throne room, as well as sets for The Walking Dead.
