Respawn began teasing the fourth season of Apex Legends by revealing a supposed new character named Forge. This was a misdirect however as, during the official “reveal” for Forge, the character was murdered by the season’s true new character, Revenant.
Revenant is the newest champion to join the Apex Legends tournament. The character is a robotic assassin out for revenge. You can check out IGN’s full Apex Legends lore explainer in the video below.

Other new additions to the season include the new Sentinel bolt-action sniper rifle and map changes that added the Hammon Robotics Planet Harvester, new lava rivers in Capitol City, and a Survey Camp between Epicenter and Skyhook that features a small armory.
There is also a new season Battle Pass that adds 100 new levels and new rewards like Legendary skins, Apex Packs, and more.
