Pretium has sent the bulk sample to a custom mill in Montana (running at 220tpd) for processing. Their press releases (Oct 22 and Nov 22) state:

Looking on Google, I can barely find any information about this company. They don’t seem to have a website or to have left behind a trail on Google. I have only found their LLC registration. The addresses listed are for law firms. This is normal. (As I understand it) If the company had listed a residential/business address and they leave the country and get sued, then they could lose a lawsuit by default. By using a registered agent, they can avoid this. I believe that the “principal office address” is the same idea (?).
The company has been around for a little over a year. That seems fine.
Montana has at least one custom mill that is permitted to handle material from elsewhere. That seems fine.
The next step is for me to track down their contact information. Apparently you can pay $2 to figure out who the principals of the business are, but I’m too cheap. I wonder if Pretium IR will get back to my email asking for more details on Strategic Minerals LLC. I’ll see where this goes…
