A. They are running out of options because they are being shut down on more conventional methods/fronts
B. This is a common Ruse or Distraction tactic
From an Armed Civilian Standpoint, it does not matter either way, these f_ckers are trying to kill us any which way they can and we have to stay on our toes at all times.
