I was particularly overjoyed to hear that one of the parents filed a wrongful death suit against THREE Mental Health facilities that FAILED to do their JOB in keeping Nicholas Cruz from being able to purchase a firearm.
The only thing that bothered me was the fact that ALL of the parents of the deceased kids from Parkland did not get together and file a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against both School Resource Officer Scot Peterson and the three Mental Health Facilities, if that had been done it would have gained much more national attention to the problem of Doctors and Mental Health Clinics failing in their mandate to keep firearms out of the hands of the mentally ill.
Yes, those LAWS are on the books folks but people still have to DO THEIR JOB for them to be enforced.
That sure makes more sense than Banning all Firearms or Repealing the Second Amendment doesn’t it?
