My “exploring” bum-bum not just burnt to the colour of Balinese sunset after snorkelling (I should paste here a photo of sunset, right? Better sunset, right?), but it went for a scooter adventure around the island (read: “mountains and no roads”).

I saw surfers (that’s my tomorrow plan) and even jumping point (that’s already beyond my abilities).

The jumping point (see the picture below) is 8-10 meters above the high tide level, you have to throw your surfing board, wait for a wave and jump in the “hole” between coral reef. Well, then I again understood that there are 3 type of tourists:

• Bus “riders”(Those are coming in bulk: big buses, big boats, big groups. Sorry, but most of them are coming from China. And also those who buy “all inclusive” hotels for $250 p/night when the average good hotel in Bali will cost around $40-50 mark p/night. Comfort and guidance are the priority here).
• Car “riders” (Here there are subclasses. They are exploring by themselves, but could come in small groups, may be even sit in the hotel near the pool, go for a small adventure or rent a scooter with a driver and go mad, but not too much. Safe and sound people… like me…sounds boring, I know.).
• And there are a bike “riders” (most of the time motobike riders) -Here we have jumpers from the cliff, surfers, ww rafting, no booking ahead and no return ticket policy. No risk- no game.

And here I’m…wondering…and dreaming big… Trips like this make me realise my abilities and limits and every time I try to open my horizons more and more and try to face my fears, but I guess I won’t be able to jump from the cliff for a long time. Would you?

А попа ищет приключений…

И, получив загар на пятую точку (угольно-красный), который поставил меня перед выбором трусы или жизнь, я решила, что этого мало, и поместила свою красавицу на скутер в надежде обогнуть остров. Остров не имеет дорог, а лишь направления. Хм… зато я  получила массу впечатлений. Ни разу не жалею.

Но если вам показалось, что вместе со спаленной жопой мне оторвало башню, то вы ошибаетесь, потому как на фото внизу видно, что нет предела совершенству.

Этот вот деревянный мостик предназначен для серфиров. Чтобы удовлетворить свое чешущееся желание покататься на волнах нужно сначала выбросить доску, потом, дождавшись волны, прыгнуть с 10 метровой высоты так, чтобы точно попасть в “дырку”(проём) между рифами, и тогда уже можно заниматься “главным”.

А я стою возле и думаю, какая же скучная особь. Дайте домкрат раздвинуть свои горизонты!
