We are in a country today. Look at us – we are again on the road.

Any way I couldn’t help myself to take a picture of those lions – Nobel protectors for a rural farm in Victoria. White creatures caught in the wires of Christmas lights. They don’t complain, it only make them more beautiful, right? They are a peace of art, they represent something what makes us feel better, especially when we are next to them. They also the biblical symbol of apostle Mark and simply have a Highest rank in  the animal family.

They are standing here – King lions at the rusty gates. Why would you want a lions here? – I’m asking myself. I guess, the answer is quite clear cause inside the farm live an art-vulnerable person who needs the biggest protection he could ever find (?again, in an art world?).

Сегодня мы по работе выдвинулись за городскую черту – нам нужно посетить несколько ферм.

Проезжая мимо одной такой фермы, где-то уже в середине Виктории (здесь вру – всего лишь 2 часа от Мельбурна), я увидела такую картину – два гипсовых льва, охраняющих ферму неспокойного австралийца.

Красивые и грозные животные – очень важны на своих позициях, как никак – они символ власти, силы и смелости. Помимо этого, они ещё и символ веры – апостола Марка, они же цари зверей и в целом очень впечатляющее животное.

И я спросила себя, зачем нужны львы здесь, на этой ферме? Только один ответ пришел мне в голову – здесь, видимо, живут очень уязвимые люди, коим нужна такая важная охрана.
