Well, there is not much to add to that photo above apart from: this swan decided to lay eggs just in the middle of the city in front of 10 rowing sheds.

The nest is made. The eggs are laid. The area cleaned out. It is a third year when City protecting nesting birds. Last year they’ve got a “room” of 2m², this time room is 10 times bigger and more comfortable, nobody even can come near by, even rowers go around.

But what is interesting, that swans built a nest out of twigs, plastic bags, robe, feathers, dry leafs and paper takeaway cups mixed with plastic bottles. Seemed like it is an urban approach or a new concept of building a nest. Very much like nowadays architecture, unless swan decided that it is a part of a normal nature..? O, my, I think we should change something, otherwise next year we already might get a plastic little swans.

Вот так огородили лебедей, которые решили откладывать яйца посреди города.

Они под защитой. Вот уже третий год город заботится о лебедях “на сносях”. В прошлом году им была выделена квартира в 2-2,5м ², в этом году раз в десять больше. Ну, а коли так, то значит и гнездо нужно свить побольше, нанеся туда веток, перьев, травы, сухих листьев, веревку, пластиковые бутылки, пакты и одноразовые стаканчики.

И можно было бы подивиться на современный подход к архитектуре, если бы лебедь просто не принял их за часть каждодневной природы. О, ужас, кажется нам пора что-то менять, а то на следующий год мы получим пластиковый выводок.
