From my own experience, I know how hard it is to find these posts to read each series in order, so I have decided to provide an index. For right now, I’ll link to those series with indices or postings on my author website, which has a somewhat different look to it. Starting Jan 3 2012 I’ll gradually put in posts summarizing each topic, so you will see the links on this page increase over time. If you don’t see a series you’d like to see indexed, leave a comment.
