I’m GUIDA CASELLA a PhD candidate in Digital Media at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, Instituto de História Contemporânea (IHC).

My research interests include science communication, history of scientific image and digital humanities.

I’m currently working on a Phd dissertation that examines the visualization of archaeological information in  20th and 21st century media formats, using Castro do Zambujal Archaeological Site as a Case Study.

My published scholarship includes recent and forthcoming articles in Visualization of Archaeological Information.

This research was possible thanks to a research grant from FCT RSFRH / BD / 51 745 / 2011.
