A little back story of the insane things I went through in the past and how I overcame it. Nope, I didn’t need any kind of medication to overcome depression, it’s just logically, I learned what depression was doing to me, and realized that if I didn’t change, I wouldn’t be who I am today. Once I learned that I could help other people, I just had to make that right choice. It took time, but it’s not impossible. I became motivated, to be a better person, and someone who doesn’t dwell on what I don’t have, but to be thankful for what I do have, no matter how hard things get. Live each day like it’s your last!
