Another very important national phenomena was the new 7 wonders voting and Jeita’s bid to be one of them. You voted, you didn’t vote, you wanted Jeita to win, you didn’t… opinions were floating around twitter all month, however everyone agrees that at some point, it got so annoying… SO SO annoying…

I will return to Jeita later in this post, but perhaps the only true special and important event today was the victory of our National football team against Kuwait in the 2014 world cup qualifiers – IN KUWAIT (1-0) – bringing it closer to qualification for the first time in its history.

Mabrouk and best of luck in our next game vs Korea – IN BEIRUT – this tuesday, and I invite everyone to come and support our national team although the odds are clearly in favor of the east-asians…

For me, today was just another day, maybe I was happy I got positive results in the Lab for the first time in a couple of weeks but mainly talking to my angel is what made my day… The sound of her voice released me from all the pressure that has built up on me in the past week… I love you Nicole ❤

Back to Jeita, to be honest and to be COMPLETELY honest, i was really anxious about the results and went online at 9:05 and started refreshing the new7wonders.com homepage to know the result, I only voted one vote but I wanted it to win.

So anyways, REFRESH, boom… No jeita… #fail  *gets on twitter* w yallaaahhhhhhhhhhh…… LET THE FUN BEGIN!
