While attending the Saskatchewan Stitches Conference in June, two of the classes was held at the Haus of Stitches. These were the ones on the Janome Quilt Maker Pro long arm quilting machine. 

The store has a great selection of fabric.

The wall is loaded with many different kinds of notions.

I am always excited to see old sewing machines as part of store displays.

One of the classes that was taught was long arm quilting.

We demonstrated both free motion quilting and Pro-Stitcher Quilting. Then everyone had the opportunity to try the long arm. It is always so neat to see people try the machine for the first time. It is always a combination of awe and excitement.

There were some beautiful quilts hanging around the store. Haus of Stitches also sells yarn for the knitters and crocheters out there.

As always, our visit to Haus of Stitches was great fun as we met with customers, showed them great sewing and quilting techniques and had lots of laughs.
