● Splatoon celebrates its 1st Anniversary with a ton of new announcements. A new hardware bundle with 32GB console, game pre-installed and Callie & Marie amiibo coming on 7 July along with the newly announced amiibo diorama kits, EDITMODE (https://editmode.jp/) release some Splatoon themed baseball caps and tee shirts in late July, something is planned for Tower Records on 24 June (http://youtu.be/ateYtrN-zxo) and a live CD, SPLATOON LIVE IN MAKUHARI is coming on 13 July. ● Monster Hunter Stories has been dated for 8 October along with three Monster Hunter amiibo. Future amiibo have also been announced.
● The action platformer Kira Kira Star Night DX was announced by Columbus Circle for late July as a brand new Famicom cartridge game.
● Minecraft: Wii U Edition will be getting a retail release on 23 June as well as ‘Battle’ deathmatch mini-game DLC delivered free in June.
● Next week on the Wii U Virtual Console sees the Super Famicom RPG Majin Tensei II: Spiral Nemesis and the GBA RPG Guranbo.
● Also coming to the Wii U eShop is The Great Race by Barnhouse Effect which is a successor to the Choro Q and Penny Racers series.
● The 3DS eShop will see another Kemco JRPG Journey to Kreisia, a smartphone game Henri and a Frogger clone Danger Road.
● The Theme Shop saw Shinjitsu no Mahou Shojou, Snow White with the Red Hair, Customi-Z, Miyano Mamoru and Ramen Loving Girl themes.
