● Nintendo Co., Ltd. shares soared by 6.37% in Japan closing trading at ¥39,100.00 after yesterday’s extremely successful quarterly earnings report.
● Nintendo updated Mario Tennis Ace to Ver.1.2.0 where you can retry missions quickly in Adventure Mode, plus improvements to Toad, Toadette and Wario, nerfings to Bowser Jr. and Waluigi, and more, with full patch notes posted here.
● Hachinoyon announced that UNDERTALE will release in Japan on 15 September priced at ¥4,320 and ¥1,620 on the eShop. Fangamer Japan will also release a Collector’s Edition priced at ¥9,504, with full contents pictured here.
● Marvelous willl publish the pinball game PEACH BALL Senran Kagura on 13 December priced at ¥5,378 or ¥10,756 for a limited edition including a physical version of Shinobi Refle -Senran Kagura-.
● Arc System Works announced they will be bringing the 2D fighting game Zan! Zan! Zan! (Slice, Dice and Rice) to the eShop this Summer priced at ¥1,800. PS4 version trailer added here.
● Japanese publishers Teyon Japan have nine Nintendo Switch games in the works including an Action RPG, Puzzle and Simulation titles.
● SEEC announced the gothic horror visual novel game Kagoniwa no Cock Robin for the eShop this August priced at ¥1,200. Promo video added here.
● Hamster published the shooting game ACA NEOGEO Prehistoric Isle 2: Genshi Tou on the eShop a few hours ago priced at ¥823.
● Digimerce published the visual novel game Iris Mahou Gakuen ～Vinculum Hearts～ on the eShop too priced at ¥2,980. Promo video added here.
● Dorasu brought the Nintendo DS eBook collection Toshokan DS: Meisaku & Suiri & Kaidan & Bungaku to the eShop as Toshokan ＳＷ・Meisaku １００-sen＋ priced at ¥800 for 100 books plus Les Misérables and Night on the Galactic Railroad DLC.
● Flyhigh Works will publish the city making puzzle game Subara City on the eShop next week (09 August) priced at ¥500. Trailer added here.

● Deck 13 today published a demo for the minimalist platformer Flat Heroes in Japan with the full game releasing, priced at ¥1,200.

● One of the final biggish days for Nintendo 3DS today with the release of the MINECRAFT New Nintendo 2DS LL CREEPER EDITION, the pictured Made in Wario Gorgeous (WarioWare Gold) and Sekaiju no Meikyuu X (Etrian Odyssey X).
● Rainy Frog announced the puzzle game Square Pict Block-a-Pix (Block-a-Pix Color) for the eShop next week (8 August) priced at ¥500. Trailer added here.
● The Japanese 3DS Theme Shop saw new themes from the Sanrio characters Little Forest Fellow and Bonbonribbon priced at ¥200 apiece with pictures added here.
● The RecoChoku Song Code reward returned to My Nintendo today until 30 September priced at 250 Platinum Points.
● Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp updated to Version 1.7.0 requiring 127.5 MB with a complete overhaul of the goals feature, an increase to the maximum items you can own and improvements to the gardening. Full patch notes added here. Today also saw Julian’s stardust cookie and a new special memory starring Julian, Rex, and Charlise.
● Fire Emblem Heroes saw the arrival of Grand Conquests with the battlefield of Valentia from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Sensor Tower also report that the game has achieved $400 million in revenue to date.
● NPD data for June saw Mario Tennis Aces as the best-selling overall game and the NES Classic Mine the best-selling overall console!
● Media Create data saw Rockman X Anniversary Collection 1+2 as the best-selling game although with the PS4 version out-performing the Switch version. Full Nintendo charts posted here.
● This week’s Weekly Famitsu scores include Ultra Space Battle Brawl with 28/40, Pankapu with 31/40, The Trail: Frontier Challenge with 33/40, SteamWorld Heist with 32/40, Darkest Dungeon with 31/40, Tantei Jinguuji Saburo: Prism of Eyes with 32/40 and Layton’s Mystery Journey DX with 35/40.
● Moleskine released a number of Super Mario themed products including back pack, iPhone case and several notebooks all pictured here.
● Bandai Candy have announced The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Card Candy for October priced at ¥120 for random card and two pieces candy, with 26 cards in total pictured here.
