Doug Bowser has been named as the next Nintendo of America President, taking over from Reggie Fils-Aimé who retires on 15 April 2019. Bowser worked at Electronic Arts and Procter & Gamble before joining Nintendo of America as Vice President of Sales in May 2015. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2016.
“It has been my great fortune to work with and be mentored by Reggie for four years at Nintendo of America,” Bowser says. “We will continue to build on his work to evolve and expand our brand, furthering Nintendo’s global mission of creating smiles. There are millions more of those to come.”
