It proves it by showing him taking everyone from Vegeta,Gohan , Gotenks. Even Goku can’t handle the powerful god of destruction until he changes. This time period is being called the lost decade. I know, I didn’t know there was a lost decade in but let’s go with it but remember you learn something knew each day. The thing I learned is that we might have been misspelling the bad guy name. According to the article it is Birusu is this isn’t a misspelling itself.
