To put in American terms they are filling for a chapter eleven rather than a seven. The difference here is that chapter eleven allows a company to work and retain its entitlements and assets until the debate is repaid. For us that means the games that have announced are still on the way. I posted this to make sure that there was no confusion as to whether or not Atlus will be able to continue working. For you persona fans out their I guess this means they can still work on 5, I guess. </p>
