Black Lightning is the alternative skin for the god of thunder but as they share some moves other not so much. Case in point is the super as it is basically Raiden welcoming you into Mortal Kombat. For works well for Raiden but not so much Black Lightning. So what do you do as it is a skin not a new character. Well see it below as Nether Realm seem to have found the answer.
