“Do you guys want to see a happy ending?”

“How about the opposite, a super bad ending?”

This seems off to me for him to ask as after Episode Ignis I was under the impression that we were trying to figure out the right way to get to the secret ending where everyone lives.  I come to this conclusion as he said that all the ending are true which time is repeating itself.

But this question is him reacting to fans in which we don’t know how long before makes up his mind on it. Also what this means for the other endings. What do you think about this ending question? Let me know.
