<![CDATA[It Is Time For A Gundam Live Action Movie]]>A Gundam Live Action movie is in the works and while I am happy many might be confused as I am as to why the sudden movie to the big screen with a live action. Well the president of Sunrise the people behind Gundam say it is because they want to recount with the North American audience they have moved away from.

“As for why it was decided to approve a live-action film now, Sunrise’s president was very clear. In recent years, Sunrise has consolidated in the Asian market specifically.

Already, about 30-40% of Gundam products are sold abroad. Now, it is time to return to the North American market which Sunrise moved away from in recent years. To be able to enter that market, a live-action project feels necessary.”
