We also learn more about the devil breakers as they each have a super move such as the big beam which will cause it break. That and the fact you can detonate the arms for emergency evade explains you might have a few scattered around the stage.

Now the leak that was mentioned the other day said these devil arms also use the power to the demons Nero defeats so you will probably get them after boss fight which would explain the time stopping one.

But as we know there are 8 devil breakers which if I am right and we get devil bringer back for devil trigger( as I imagine that is what the player will get for using it) it will be interesting to see it substitute for the other arms functions.
