For those who want to relive it by playing that game the only answer is emulator as physical copies are hard to find. For those who want a physical disc I have an answer in Chill Out Games UK which says they have game in stock. So if you want to get a physical copy of Sh1 or want to introduce a friend to it you might want to check this out.
We also have someone finding a poster based on Shadow Hearts Covenant. The person who has the poster believes it came out the same time as the game release.
