With that being the case you can understand fans are hyped for this. So then why are some of them getting angry? Well it is is the image shown as it shows a new neco that appears to resemble saber.

The reason why people are getting upset is the fans thought this was the sign for Type Moon shifting focus as they have been saying to something else. That they would shift there focus to another property and maybe we would see it with the special. For people who not shocked though they have a good argument in saying it is in the name that this is a FGO special meaning that Fate was bound to be the focus.

But here is the thing all we see what does it mean going forward? This special will probably be fate focused yes as these episodes broke down that way with a few exceptions to when they actually crossed. But I ask you what does this mean for the future? If we get Carnival Phantasm back in full as in another season I hope it will be a cross between the series as well. But we need to see if that happens.
