The site was a hentai site that is known for posting illegal scans of manga. This was happening during the stream for the 1000th chapter for One Piece. The video was on YouTube had since fans discovered this taken down but Shueisha all the same posted a statement.

Eiichiro Oda's Editor visited a hentai scan site earlier.

His browser history went public while he was live streaming on official YouTube channel commemorating 1000th chapter release.
