We see here in flash backs but as to what happened to her we don’t know. She is never brought by the arc angels as to what happened again we have no sight of her in the manga outside of flashback. Remember that we know the arch angles survived so she should be around somewhere. Right?

Now I will admit we might learn where she is in the four knights of the apocalypse. It is a sequel which means and might not only continue the story it might also go on and cover some loop wholes left in it.
