Although, when I first saw the link I was hoping it was going to be this version of “One.”  Now, that would have been cool.

In other Muppet news (because it just keeps coming), it looks like the Muppets are finally going to get that parade at Disney Parks that they should have had almost two decades ago (although, not nearly as elaborate).  As part of their role in being the face of the “Give a day, Get a day” promotion, Kermit and Miss Piggy will lead parades celebrating volunteerism at Disneyland and Walt Disney World starting this Saturday.  The procession will come in the afternoon before the daily parade, and the Muppet representatives will present “Honorary VoluntEARS.”  Now if Mickey would only hand over the keys for a few months and let the Muppets take over the main calvacade.

And further in cross-promoting with ABC, the Muppets will appear on Sunday’s America’s Funniest Home Videos (I’m sorry, I mean AFV).  I’m guessing maybe Kermit will be hit in the crotch with Gonzo?

And, finally, these are coming in late 2010.  As much as I’ll buy almost any Muppet merchandise, I think I’ll pass.  I’ll stick to Muppet-Star Wars collectibles.
