008 Dieck

A rough person as well as the head of a mercenary group.
Works as the head of a small but capable mercenary group. He joins Roy’s group in accordance to his contract to House Pherae. He has been a swordsman since he was a boy, and met a young Klein who had come as a guest to the arena; and so became a mercenary for House Reglay. He has a helpful personality, and has deep trust in his comrades.

Dieck’s impression of Roy was the he was “too young.” At first he thought Roy would run away if push came to shove; but as they continued to fight, he noticed Roy’s aspirations. Dieck continued in the mercenary business after the war settled, and wondered if he would ever meet an employer like Roy again.

荒くれ者を束ねる傭兵団の長
　小さいながら傭兵団の団長を務める腕利きの傭兵。フェレ家との契約に従い、ロイ一行に合流する。少年の頃は剣闘士をしており、闘技場に来賓として来ていた幼き日のクレインを助け、リグレ公爵家のお抱え剣闘士になった過去を待つ。面倒見のいい性格で、団員たちからの信頼も厚い。
