009 Thany

Her aim is to soar with vigor as a full-fledged Pegasus Knight.
She is an apprentice Pegasus Knight of Ilia. While following the Knights’ code which states that “one cannot truly learn without learning from foreign mercenary groups,” she joined Dieck’s mercenaries. Though she does not know proper etiquette, her personality is cheery and positive. After the war, her deeds were fully recognized and she became an official Pegasus Knight.

The youngest of three sisters and with a cheerful free spirit, Thany is the type to talk to anybody without hesitation. She is aware that in order to become a Pegasus Knight, she will have to face countless harsh battles, and experience being a friend or foe to her own sisters.
Despite that, with her personality, she is still welcomed as a member by Dieck, whom she cares deeply for.

一人前の天馬騎士をめざし今日も元気に天翔ける
　イリア天馬騎士団見習い。「他国の傭兵団で修行を積まないかぎり一人前とは認めない」という騎士団の掟に従って修行に出、その途中でディーク傭兵団に入る。礼儀をしらない一面もあるが、その性格は陽気で前向き。ベルン動乱後、活躍が認められ晴れて正式な天馬騎士団員になった。

　３人姉妹の末っ子だからだろうか、陽気で自由奔放な性格で、誰に対してもきがねなく接するシャニー。そんな彼女も、過酷な戦場を何度も駆けぬけ、ときには実の姉とも敵味方にわかれて戦うという経験を通じて、天馬騎士になるということがどういうことか、身を持って知ったことであろう。
　それにしても、こんな性格のシャニーを団員として迎えいれ、しっかり面倒を見たディークは、ある意味よくできた人なのでは？
