013 Lugh

A gentle spirited mage who fights for the sake of his “family.”
A mage from the same orphanage as Chad. He inherited his magical talent from his mother who had disappeared when he was just four years old. During the Bern invasion, he temporarily stayed in the Elimine Church, but then reunited with Chad on the battlefield. After the war, he established a Magic School for other children with no family.

While aware of being able to use magic, he does not know just how helpful it can be. Before, he simply thought it could only hurt people, and did not want to use it. He decided to go out onto the battlefield with Chad, but stayed silent and concealed as he did not want to burden others with protecting him.
While he has this strong aspect at his core, the way Lugh frolics with Miledy’s wyvern, as well as spoils his younger twin brother Lleu shows that he is still a child with much growing to do.

「家族」のために戦う心優しき魔道士
　チャドと同じ孤児院出身の魔道士。その魔道の才能は、彼が４歳のときに姿を消した母親の資質を受けついだものである。ベルン侵攻し、一時はエリミーヌ教会に身を寄せていたが、チャドと再会して自らも戦場に立つことに。動乱終結後、身寄りのない子供のために魔道学校を設立した。

　魔法が使えることは自覚していたものの、それがどこまで役に立つかわからない。それ以前に、人を傷つけることなんてしたくない。ルゥがチャドとともに戦場に出ることを決めたのは、黙って隠れているだけ、誰かに守られるだけの自分がイヤだったあらだ。
　そんな芯の強い一面を持つルゥだが、ミレディのドラゴンをみてはしゃいだり、双子の弟レイを甘やかしたりする姿は、彼がまだまだ幼い少年であることを物語っている。
