The noble who leads Bern’s southern forces
Boasts the title of one of the Three Dragon Generals of Bern. When Bern invaded the foreign countries, he is entrusted with leading the southern army to attack Lycia. He came close to driving the Lycian League to total annihilation, but ultimately failed due to Roy and his army’s resistance. His coup attempt in the Kingdom of Eturia had also failed. Though a general, he has a cruel and treacherous nature. He is extremely unpopular.

Nacien, who had treated Clarine as less than an object, has a terrible personality that would be regarded as finding delight in mercilessly tormenting women and children. As expected of a general, he is quick to make sharp judgments and has great sword skill. However, his selfish desires and lack of thinking and losing his cool lead to his downfall.
As a last ditch effort to preserve his honor, he framed Zeiss for the series of defeats. However, this plan was found out by Galle, and Nacien’s life finally came to an end.

ベルン南方軍を率いる貴族
ベルン王国が誇る三竜将の一人。ベルン王国の対外侵攻の時、南方軍を任されリキア地方を攻撃する。リキア同盟軍を壊滅に近い状態へと追いこむも、ロイたちの抵抗で制圧に失敗。続くエトルリア王国のクーデターでも敗退する。将才はあるが、その性は陰険にして残忍。信望は薄い。

クラリーネに下品と吐きすてられたナーシェンは、女子供を容赦なくいたぶることに喜びを覚える卑劣な性格だ。将として軍を率いるときの采配はすばやく的確で、自らの剣の力量も高いのだが、その冷徹な行動や、自分の欲しか考えない言動が災いし、失脚していく。
最後は名誉を挽回するために、ツァイスに今での失敗の濡れ衣を着せて保身を図るが、ゲイルに作戦を知られ、ついに命を落とすことになる。
