[29] Rhys, who participates in battles despite his illness. He’s a rare example in this series of a healer you get in the early-game who is male. [30] Rolf, the youngest of the three green-haired brothers who is considerably mature for his age. He and his brothers can utilize the Triangle Attack, breaking series’ conventions. Up until now, the Triangle Attack had always been associated with three Pegasus Knights. That is just one of his many uses. [31] The hidden Princess Elincia – a key person in the Mad King’s War. These are design documents that show that her orange dress (which she has come to be known for) were once meant to resemble Elena’s clothes as well. [32] This is a definitive artwork of her turquoise-blue dress that was in the early versions of the game. The cool and composed colors went really well with her hair color.

Notes:

• Regarding breaking series conventions and association between the triangle attack and three Pegasus knights, Binding Blade‘s three knights (Wendy, Bors, and Bath) as well as other examples (in Geneaology of the Holy War) provide counter examples. However, those games did feature a Pegasus Trio too that could do it –as does this game.
