A Rogue from Crimea who travels around a lot.
She “works away from home” (steals from people in various towns) in order to save money to buy medicine for her sickly mother. Her specialty is using her beautiful looks to lure men into doing her bidding. When she was “working away” in Ohma Village, she met Brom and Nephenee as they were confronting young men who were fired up by Yeardley. Heather ended up helping the two after being taken in by Nephnee’s appearance. Though she is a woman herself, she is quite fond of other women too, casting her gaze upon Nephenee at first, but eventually on Lucia and Ilyana too.
She bears a deep grudge against Lord Ludveck because his rebellion led to her being barred from an audience with the “Beautiful Queen” Elincia that she was very much looking forward to.
