This is a piece created with textas and black ink pen. It is inspired by the games Mario Tennis Open, Super Mario 3D Land, and Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed (minus the cars), all for Nintendo 3DS. I have a tendency of making different landscapes and objects overlap when I draw, especially when I’m trying to include a whole multitude of characters:) Looking back on it, I’m noticing the composition more in terms of relative size. Maybe in the future I can try to do something in the style of Escher. What do you think?
