Within hours, Governor McCrory was out making a statement about how he'll sign it but it doesn't change anything. The NC Chamber of Commerce's Gary Salamido had a similar message.  They both talk about this 'backdoor' to keep what they like and I've addressed this before but will revisit it after we take a look at what was said.
