A safe place for a fresh start, that, was a distant dream for her, she’d, lived in her fears for so god DAMN long, trapped by him, she’d forgotten, how it feels, to be free.

A safe place for a fresh start, is there, such a place on earth?  Is there a place I can go, to be away from, to be safe, from you?  Of course not, ‘cuz I’d allowed you to control me for so god damn long that it’d become, a way of my life now.

A safe place for a fresh start, I longed for, but, still hadn’t, found it yet, and, I reckon that I, never will, because no matter where I go, there you’ll be, behind me, like a ghost, a shadow that haunts me, endlessly………

A safe place for a fresh start, a brand new place, where nobody knows you, and you know, nobody, you can start off fresh there, but, you’ll need to find yourselves, such a place first, before you’re able to, live that life of being free.
