Take ALL these nightmares away, I beg you, please, please, ward them all off (the way you would evil???), so I can have my restful nights back again.

Take ALL these nightmares away, I’d been, plagued by them, ever since, I was, a child, a child, too young to know how to, cast them all away, keep them away from my mind, and, ever since, they’d been following me, like that shadow I casted during the day time, and, they’d become, most active, when I fall asleep at night…

Take ALL these nightmares away, please, don’t let them hurt me anymore!!!  Take ALL these nightmares away, I won’t be able to, because, they were, ALL yours to begin with, I have NOTHING to do, with ANY of your nightmares, and, I can’t help you cast them all aside, even IF I want to………

Take ALL these nightmares away, please, won’t you help me, get rid of them, by keeping that light illuminated, throughout these, long, stormy nights, and, just, be there, when I wake, from my nightmares, and hold me tight.

Take ALL these nightmares away, make sure they don’t come to life, put that cross around my neck, with that copy of the Holy Verses, underneath my pillow, so, I’ll feel safe, and, stay with me, throughout the entire nights, so, even when I wake from fear, I know, that you’ll always, be there, to protect me………
